Idaho Falls YMCA Community Needs Assessment
The Idaho Falls YMCA invites you to take a short survey regarding the changing needs of our East Idaho community.
Since 1945 the Idaho Falls YMCA has worked hard to provide unique programs that help keep pace with the changing needs of our community. At the Idaho Falls YMCA, strengthening our community is the #1 priority. The Y has listened and responded to the communities’ most critical social needs since its founding in 1945.
Why We Do This
We are committed to designing and delivering new programs and services that address the critical issues facing youth and teens, adults and seniors, and families in East Idaho. We do this by gathering feedback from you and updating our programs that are focused on youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. In this way we continue to fulfill our mission of helping our community members live healthier and happier lives.
Your Opinion Matters
Your insights and opinions on the needs of our community matter to us. We need your feedback on what East Idaho biggest needs are. Don’t worry, your responses are not individually tracked and are kept confidential. This simple survey should take no more than 5 minutes of your time to complete.
Our Gift To You
As our way of saying ‘thank you’ for supporting your community and the YMCA, we have a special gift for you. There are two ways to receive your gift.
After you have clicked the link, completed the Community Needs Assessment and have submitted your answers online you will see a “Thank You” page. Simply take a picture of the screen with the camera on your phone. Then you can either email this picture, along with your full name and phone number to Monica Bitrick at email@example.com, or you may simply show the picture on your phone to our front desk staff. Either way, you will receive a complementary pass to visit the YMCA up to three times. Your name will also be entered into a special drawing to win a real Christmas Tree from our tree lot starting Thursday, November 25th. Our Christmas Trees are fresh cut and come from Northern Idaho.
